Eagles Ridge in Joelton

At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, Bumpus Builders will be starting homes in our new subdivision off of Highway 41A. It will include lots that average 75 ft. wide and 125-150 ft deep, with a handful of 1 acre lots at the front on Highway 41A. We plan to build these at a price point of $400-$450k. The housed will be around 2000 sq. ft., and some will be basement homes!

Walnut Grove Subdivision

We have recently developed a subdivision in Pleasant View, TN with an entrance on Highway 41A and another entrance at the Pleasant View Community Park. These houses are around 2000 sq. ft. with all masonry exteriors, granite countertops, and a covered back deck.
