This beautiful house plan with detailed personal touches from the homeowners turned out stunning. This was our second time building this house for the family; the first was in 2019, and the second in 2024. Matching barn, metal roof, large freestanding tub in an extravagant bathroom, faux living room beams, and so many more unique additions made for a lovely final product.
Thanks to everyone who shared the listing of this home on social media! We were able to get under contract within a few days of making it active. It’s one of our biggest, nicest spec homes we’ve ever built, with around 3,250 sq ft sitting on 5 acres with an unfinished basement/two car garage below. We upgraded to melamine board shelving everywhere, granite countertops, and a whole lot more.
At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, Bumpus Builders will be starting homes in our new subdivision off of Highway 41A. It will include lots that average 75 ft. wide and 125-150 ft deep, with a handful of 1 acre lots at the front on Highway 41A. We plan to build these at a price point of $400-$450k. The housed will be around 2000 sq. ft., and some will be basement homes!
