Thanks to everyone who shared the listing of this home on social media! We were able to get under contract within a few days of making it active. It’s one of our biggest, nicest spec homes we’ve ever built, with around 3,250 sq ft sitting on 5 acres with an unfinished basement/two car garage below. Eagle’s Ridge Subdivision in Joelton
At the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, Bumpus Builders will be starting homes in our new subdivision off of Highway 41A. It will include lots that average 75 ft. wide and 125-150 ft deep, with a handful of 1 acre lots at the front on Highway 41A. We plan to build these at a price point of $400-$450k. The housed will be around 2000 sq. ft., and some will be basement homes!
